Level One For Beginners: (ages 12 - 99) This class is intended for beginners. No experience is necessary! This class will cover drawing basics and character design. Level One For Intermediate: (ages 12 - 99) This class is intended for people who have previous drawing experience. This class will cover anatomy, composition, scenery, perspective and page lay out. Level Two - Submission Workshop (ages 12 - 99) This class is intended for those with experience and those who have completed level one for intermediate. In this class you will put together a five page submission that you can send to publishers. You don’t have to submit to a publisher. This workshop will lay the groundwork for completing your own stories. When? Saturday afternoons How Much? $70 payable online or at first class. Reading materials and drafting paper sampler provided. Students responsible for pencils, erasers, and final project paper. Session One: starting August 2nd and ending September 13 (7 classes in total) Session Two: starting September 6th and ending October 18 (7 classes in total) *Small class sizes divided by age. (approximately 10 students per class) Class times determined by enrollment, younger classes begin earlier. Where? Classes at Bowen Complex, 500 Bowen Road. How do I register? Those wishing to take the level two class please include a submission containing examples of your work(characters and panels) A confirmation email with class times and details will be sent to you.
